1. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (FREE on orders $100+)

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
  • Cost: Free on subscription orders over $100, otherwise $9.99
  • Tracking: Provided via email and SMS
  • Carrier: USPS, FedEx, or UPS (depending on location)

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: $24.99
  • Availability: Monday-Thursday orders only
  • Cutoff: Order by 2 PM EST for same-day processing

Overnight Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Next business day by 8 PM
  • Cost: $39.99
  • Availability: Monday-Thursday only
  • Cutoff: Order by 12 PM EST for next-day delivery

2. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • Residential addresses
  • P.O. Boxes (standard shipping only)
  • APO/FPO military addresses (allow 7-14 days)

International Shipping

We currently do not ship prescription medications outside the United States due to regulatory restrictions.

3. Order Processing

Processing Timeline

  • Prescription Review: 1-2 business days for physician approval
  • Pharmacy Fulfillment: 1-2 business days to prepare medication
  • Shipping: 2-5 business days in transit (standard)
  • Total Time: 4-9 business days from consultation to delivery

Business Days

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

4. Packaging and Discretion

Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents or our company name. Return address shows only our pharmacy partner's name.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Medications requiring refrigeration or temperature control include:

  • Ice packs or gel packs for cooling
  • Insulated packaging
  • Temperature monitors (when required)
  • Instructions for proper storage upon receipt

Packaging Materials

  • Child-resistant medication bottles
  • Protective bubble wrap or padding
  • Medication information sheets
  • Dosing instructions and syringes (if applicable)
  • Sharps disposal container (for injectable medications)

5. Tracking and Delivery

Shipment Notifications

You will receive notifications at each stage:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Prescription approved notification
  • Shipment confirmation with tracking number
  • Out for delivery notice
  • Delivery confirmation

Signature Requirements

  • Standard Orders: No signature required
  • High-Value Orders (>$500): Adult signature (21+) required
  • Controlled Substances: Adult signature required per DEA regulations

Delivery Issues

If you're not home to receive your package:

  • Carrier will leave a notice for package pickup
  • You can schedule redelivery through the carrier's website
  • Package will be held for 5-7 business days before returning to sender
  • Contact us immediately if you miss a delivery

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier
  • For confirmed lost packages, we will reship at no cost
  • For stolen packages, you may need to file a police report
  • Consider using a secure delivery location or requiring signature on future orders

8. Damaged Shipments

If your medication arrives damaged:

  • Do not use the medication
  • Take photos of the damage and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours at hello@itscor.com
  • We will arrange for replacement shipment immediately
  • Return shipping label will be provided if needed

9. International Customers

While we cannot ship prescription medications internationally, we can help:

  • Provide a U.S. shipping address through a package forwarding service
  • Coordinate with your local physician for prescription transfer
  • Offer telehealth consultations for patients temporarily in the U.S.

Note: You are responsible for complying with your country's import regulations for prescription medications.
