Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

Due to the personalized nature of our medical services and prescription medications, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Consultation Fees

Initial Consultations

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • More than 24 hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours before: $50 cancellation fee applies
  • No-show: Full consultation fee is forfeited

Follow-Up Consultations

Follow-up visits included in your program subscription can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime with at least 3 business days notice before your next billing date
  • Cancellations received within 3 days of billing will apply to the following cycle
  • No refunds for partial months already billed
  • Unused medications from the current cycle are non-refundable

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Email hello@itscor.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
  2. Include your full name and email address associated with your account
  3. You will receive confirmation within 1 business day

3. Medications and Products

Prescription Medications

Due to FDA regulations and safety concerns, prescription medications are non-refundable once shipped. This includes:

  • Hormone replacement medications
  • Peptide therapies
  • Weight loss medications (GLP-1 agonists)
  • Any other prescription items

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive damaged or defective medication:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
  • Return the damaged product according to our instructions

Incorrect Orders

If we shipped the wrong medication or dosage, we will replace it at no charge. Contact us immediately upon receipt.

4. Laboratory Testing

Lab test fees are non-refundable once the test kit has been shipped or the lab visit scheduled. Exceptions:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled lab visit: Full refund
  • Lab error or lost sample: Free retest or full refund
  • Unable to draw blood (requires 2+ attempts): Full refund

5. Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

6. Medical Necessity Denials

If our physicians determine you are not a candidate for a specific treatment after your consultation:

  • Consultation fee is non-refundable (physician time was provided)
  • Any unused medication or product fees will be fully refunded
  • We may recommend alternative treatments or refer you to other providers

7. Adverse Reactions or Side Effects

If you experience adverse reactions to prescribed medication:

  • Contact your physician immediately
  • Do not continue taking the medication without medical guidance
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation
  • Medications already used are non-refundable
  • We may offer alternative treatments at a discounted rate

8. Pausing Services

Instead of canceling, you may pause your subscription for up to 90 days:

  • No charges during the pause period
  • Maintain your patient records and physician relationship
  • Resume service at any time by contacting support
  • Request pause at least 3 business days before your next billing date

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our service quality. If you are not satisfied with your care within the first 30 days:

  • Contact our patient advocate team
  • We will work with you to resolve any concerns
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a partial refund (excluding medication costs)
